Juha Pekka Ojala appointed SRV's Senior Executive Vice President in charge of business operations in Finland

SRV Group Plc Changes board/management/auditors          14 December 2010

SRV's Executive Vice President, Business Premises, Juha Pekka Ojala has been
appointed SRV Group's Senior Executive Vice President in charge of business
premises and housing in Finland as of 14 December 2010. Timo Nieminen will
continue as Deputy CEO and Senior Executive Vice President in charge of project
development. Hannu Linnoinen will continue as Senior Executive Vice President
and CFO. 

SRV merges its Business Premises and Housing and Regional business areas in
Finland as from 1 January 2011 The aim is that the juridical proceedings could
be finalised by the end of March 2011. The name of the new company will be SRV
Construction Ltd andJuha Pekka Ojala will be its CEO.  SRV's domestic order
backlog on 30 September 2010 was EUR 581.2 million (growth of 32.2%). 

Juha Pekka Ojala has been employed by SRV since 1997. He has been in charge of
the Business Premises business area since 2022. In addition he has been in
charge of the Baltic operations since 2008. 

- During the ongoing year, SRV has gained considerable growth in Finland in the
construction of both business premises and housing in the Greater Helsinki area
and in the regional units according to our strategy. By restructuring the
operations under one management, we can further strengthen our construction
processes and support growth by pooling the resources and unifying the methods,
