Change in Tieto’s Leadership Team

Tieto Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 18 June 2013, 9.00 am EET

Eva Gidlöf, member of Tieto Leadership Team heading Telecom, Media and Energy
Industry Group, has decided to pursue new opportunities outside Tieto as of
July 31, 2013.  Eva Gidlöf has also been the Country Manager of Tieto in
Sweden. 

Kolbjørn Haarr, Head of Tieto's New Markets and a member of Tieto's Leadership
Team, will take over the responsibility of Telecom, Media and Energy Industry
Group operations in addition to his current role as of July 1, 2013. 

Combining Telecom, Media and Energy with New Markets operations will drive
synergies and simplifies Tieto's management structure.

business in Nordic countries and particularly in Sweden. She has also

Tieto will also nominate soon a new Country Manager for Sweden. The Country
Manager role is mainly to be a corporate spokesperson in country related
matters.
