TECHNOPOLIS TO EXPAND AT OULU KONTINKANGAS

TECHNOPOLIS TO EXPAND AT OULU KONTINKANGAS

Technopolis Plc will start construction of the fifth phase of its Oulu
Kontinkangas technology center. The size of the extension will be approximately
4,350 gross square meters and the investment will total approximately EUR 7.2
million. The estimated date of completion of fifth phase is on summer 2009. A
total of 50 % of the extension has already been leased out.
