Shares subscribed for under Cramo Plc stock options 2009

A total of 782 626 Cramo Plc's new shares were subscribed for during the period
between 1 October 2013 and 31 December 2013 under the company's stock option
rights 2009. The entire subscription price of EUR 7 928 001.38 will be entered
in the paid-in capital. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of
Cramo Plc shares will increase to 43 626 959. 

The shares subscribed for under the stock options were registered in the Trade
Register on 17 January 2014, as of which date the new shares will establish
shareholder rights. Trading in the new shares will begin on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
on 20 January 2014. 

The share subscription period for stock options 2009 was between 1 October 2012
and 31 December 2013. Each stock option 2009 entitled its holder to subscribe
for 1.3 Cramo shares. A total of 1 056 246 Cramo Plc's new shares were
subscribed for under the stock option rights 2009.
