B-shares subscribed with stock options 2000A/B in CapMan Plc

A total of 1,155,720 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed for with the   
stock options 2000A/B during 12 April - 25 April 2007. The share subscription   
price was EUR 0.60 with the stock options 2000A/B. The share subscription price 
will be recorded in the Company's invested unrestricted shareholders' equity.   
The share subscription period for the stock options 2000A/B began in October    
2005. The stock option scheme is based on the resolutions by the Extraordinary  
General Meeting of Shareholders on 29 August 2000 and by the Annual General     
Meeting of Shareholders on 9 April 2003.                                        

These B-shares, 1,155,720 in total, have been entered into the Trade Register on
11 May 2007. As a result of the increase, the number of the Company's B-shares  
is 70,314,418. The shares have no nominal value.                                

The new shares are entitled to dividends for the fiscal year 2007 and to other  
shareholder rights from the registration date, i.e. as of 11 May 2007 onwards.  

The shares have been applied for listing on the Helsinki Stock Exchange together
with the old shares as of 14 May 2007.                                          

A total of 3,450,970 B-shares in CapMan Plc have been subscribed for with the   
stock options 2000A/B by 25 April 2007.
