NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED UNDER THE ACT ON CO-OPERATION WITHIN UNDERTAKINGS        

Honkarakenne has concluded negotiations under the act on co-operation within    
undertakings concerning the personnel in Finland. As a result Honkarakenne can  
lay-off personnel temporarily maximum 60 days from 1st of January to 31st of May
2011. The lay-off's concern all personnel groups.
