Alita AB - Notification on material event

Due specification of published information

JSC "Alita" specify the press published information about  the contest before
Serbia‘s Privatization Agency sanctions in the international arbitration and
says that the company is consulting with it‘s  lawers and  advisers in law  and
is considering different ways  of JSC "Alita" rights protection. A decision on
specific remedies is not currently accepted.
