resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of AB Lietuvos
Dujos of 11 June 2013, on 25 June 2013, a new edition of the Bylaws of AB
Lietuvos Dujos was registered with the Register of Legal Entities of the
Republic of Lithuania.
