Asiakastieto Group's sale of office premises completed

Asiakastieto Group's sale of office premises completed

The Group has sold its shares entitling to the holding of its current premises
to an outside investor with a transaction concluded in December 2015, executing
at the same time a leasehold agreement on the use of the premises.

The conditions in the sales agreement, which would have entitled the buyer to
annul the transaction, have expired, and thus the sale of office premises has
been conclusively completed.
