8§ Notice of the Shareholders' meeting

Notice of a Shareholders' Meeting must be delivered no earlier than two months
and no later than twentyone (21) days before the meeting, by posting it on the
company's website at www.reveniogroup.fi or publishing it in at least on
Finnish-language national newspaper as determined by the Board of directors, or
by delivering it by a written notice to each shareholder to an address shown in
the shareholder register.
