Complaint of Plass Investments Limited regarding abolishing of the decision of the Bank of Lithuania to approve the circular of tender offer was received

On 20 February 2012 the company group “ALITA”, AB (hereinafter, the “Company”)
received the announcement from the Vilnius Regional Administrative Court on the
complaint provided by Plass Investments Limited regarding allegedly illegal
decision of the Bank of Lithuania, dated 18 January 2012 to approve the
circular of mandatory tender offer to buy-up the remaining voting shares in the
Company, provided by FR&R Invest IGA S.A. The Company and FR&R Invest IGA S.A.
were included as the third parties in the case. In the indicated announcement
the court also informed the Company, that no interim measures, asked by the
claimant were applied in the case. 

In the opinion of management of the Company, the claim is groundless, and the
Company shall provide to the court response to the claim following terms,
indicated by the court.
