Regarding the election of new Board members

Hereby we announce that during the sitting of the Supervisory Council of AB
Ukio bankas held on 9 August 2012 two new members of the Board of the Bank,
Mindaugas Valancius and Marius Arlauskas, were elected. Afore-mentioned persons
will start their offices from 16 August 2012. The Bank of Lithuania has given
the authorizations to Mindaugas Valančius and Marius Arlauskas to become the
members of the Board of the Bank. 

Mindaugas Valancius (1974) entered AB Ukio bankas group on 11 January 2002.
Starting from 2 July 2007 he became the general director of UAB Ukio banko
lizingas, also is a member of the Board of this company. Mindaugas Valancius
has a Master degree in International business economics and management from
Kaunas University of Technology. Holds 2,000 shares of AB Ukio bankas. 

Marius Arlauskas (1977) joined AB Ukio bankas on 26 July 1999. Since 1 June
2007 he is a Head of Financial Institutions and Fund Raising Department. Marius
Arlauskas has a Master degree in Business administration from Kaunas University
of Technology. Holds 3,119 shares of AB Ukio bankas. 

Upon start of the new members' offices on 16 August 2012, the Board of the Bank
will consist of: Gintaras Ugianskis, Rolandas Balandis, Arnas Zalys, Mindaugas
Valancius, Marius Arlauskas. Board office term expires in 2014.
