Changes in Lemminkäinen's Executive Team

CHANGES IN LEMMINKÄINEN'S EXECUTIVE TEAM

Lemminkäinen's Executive Team will change as of 1 August 2014 when Casimir
Lindholm starts as Lemminkäinen's new President and CEO. The new Executive Team
corresponds to the new reporting structure published on 30 July 2014. From 1
August 2014, Lemminkäinen's reporting segments are: Infrastructure
construction; Building construction, Finland; and Russian operations. 

As of 1 August 2014, Lemminkäinen's Executive Team will consist of the
following members: 

  -- Casimir Lindholm, President and CEO 
  -- Maaret Heiskari, Executive Vice President, Russian operations 
  -- Harri Kailasalo, Executive Vice President, Infrastructure construction  
  -- Tiina Mikander, Chief Strategy Officer 
  -- Ilkka Salonen, CFO

In addition, Executive Vice President, Building construction, Finland, and
Executive Vice President, HR will be appointed to the Executive Team. The
recruiting process for both positions is ongoing. 

Timo Vikström, Executive Vice President, Scandinavia, continues as interim
Country Manager, Sweden, and will no longer be a member of the Executive Team.
