Presentation - Financial results for Q2 2009

Marel Food Systems invites market participants and investors to a meeting where
the company's consolidated financial statement for Q2 2009 will be presented. 

The results will be presented by Theo Hoen, CEO, Erik Kaman, CFO, and Sigsteinn
Gretarsson, Managing Director of Marel ehf. 

The presentation will be held on Friday, 7 August, at 8:30 a.m., at Marel Food
Systems' headquarters, Austurhraun 9, Gardabaer. 

Breakfast will be served from 8:00.
