CHANGES IN RAMIRENT’S GROUP MANAGEMENT TEAM

Tomasz Walawender, Senior Vice President, Poland and member of the Group
Management Team has after 13 years in the company decided to pursue his career
outside Ramirent. 

Mikael Kämpe, Executive Vice President of Europe Central has been appointed
acting Managing Director of Ramirent Poland effective 12 February 2014. 

Tomasz Walawender started at Ramirent in 2001 as Country Manager for Poland and
from 2007 to mid-year 2013 he also headed the Europe Central-segment. "I wish to thank Tomasz for his committed work and contribution to the
development of this Group during many exciting and demanding years. Tomasz has
played an integral part in developing our market leading position and network
in Poland. I wish him all the best for the future," says Magnus Rosén,
President and CEO.
