AFARAK GROUP COMPLETES SHARE BASED COMPENSATION

10:00 London, 12:00 Helsinki, 14 September 2016 - Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or
"the Company")





The  Board of Afarak Group  plc announces that it  has completed the transfer of
500,000 ordinary shares (the "Shares") from the treasury to Dr Alistair Ruiters,
CEO. The Shares are issued under the authorization given by the Company's Annual
General  Meeting  in  May  2016 and  form  a  part  of  the  CEOs  service based
remuneration package.
