JAPROTEK OY AB, A SUBSIDIARY OF VAAHTO GROUP, WILL DELIVER AN ABSORPTION TOWER
TO UHDE GMBH 

Japrotek Oy Ab, a subsidiary of Vaahto Group, will deliver a nitric acid
absorption tower to Uhde GmbH to Indonesia. The order sum is approximately 2
million euros. The manufacturing will begin in Pietarsaari in the beginning of
the year 2009 and the delivery will take place October 2009. 

Japrotek Oy Ab is part of Vaahto Group, which is a globally operating high
technology company serving process industry in the fields of pulp and paper
machinery and process machinery.
