RECTIFICATION TO MISLEADING INFORMATION IN THE MARKETS

The has been some misleading information in the public during the last couple of
days. This information has been presented at least in articles in Turun Sanomat 
on September 15th 2007 and in Helsingin Sanomat in September 17th 2007. The     
articles claim, among other, that the company is totally abandoning the mobile  
handset business.                                                               

Information presented in public is based on interview of CEO Tomi Raita. In the 
interview Mr. Raita told that the company is directing its business to location 
based services in accordance with its previously disclosed business plan and    
strategy. At the same Mr. Raita told that the company is not planning to order  
any new handsets from China. This has been erroneously been interpreted to mean 
that the company is planning to totally abandon manufacturing GPS devices, even 
if in the said article of Turun Sanomat was expressly maintained that “In       
addition to programming TWIGs Benefon makes in Salo locationing devices for     
hunting dogs, aside with its own Locator device.”. The company still has        
manufacturing facilities in Salo where it is able to manufacture GPS devices to 
meet the demand. The have also been some estimates presented in the public      
regarding possible lay-offs in company's Salo facilities. The company is not    
allowed to comments these estimates as the co-operation procedure is still      
ongoing. The company has released a stock exchange bulleting regarding the      
co-operation procedure on August 23rd 2007.                                     

Referring to above, there have been no such dramatic changes in company's       
business but the company continues developing its operations according to its   
previously disclosed business plan and strategy.
