AMENDMENT OF WULFF GROUP PLC'S ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION
Due to a change in the legislation, Wulff Group Plc's Annual General Meeting    
held on April 23, 2010 decided to amend the article 9 of the Articles of        
Association to state that the invitations to the General Meetings are delivered 
at least 21 days prior to the General Meeting, but not later than nine days     
before the General Meeting record date. The decisions of the Annual General     
Meeting have been published in a Stock Exchange Release on April 23, 2010.      

Today on June 8, 2010 the amendment of the Articles of Association has been     
entered in the Finnish Trade Register. The current Articles of Association are  
available on the Group's website www.wulff-group.com.
