Vilniaus Degtine AB - Interim information

Interim result of activities of AB Vilniaus degtinė for 6 months of 2013

Sales income of AB Vilniaus degtinė in January-June 2013, as compared to
respective period in 2012, decreased by 6.0 percent (in April-June 2013
decreased by 26.5 percent). In January-June 2013 sales income totaled 25 382
thousand LTL (7 351 thousand EUR), in January-June 2012 - 27 007 thousand LTL
(7 822 thousand EUR). 

The volume of sales of alcoholic beverages increased by 6.7 percent during
January-June 2013, as compared to respective period of the last year. 

The volume of sales of ethyl alcohol and its products decreased by 40.1 percent
or 2 950 thousand LTL in January-June 2013, as compared to respective period of
the last year. 

The volume of sales to the European Union member countries have decreased,
however, sales to the third countries increased 2.3 times during January-June
2013, as compared to respective period of the last year. 

Profit Before Tax (PBT) of January-June 2013 totaled 145 thousand LTL (42
thousand EUR), in respective period of 2012 Loss Before Tax (LBT) totaled 83
thousand LTL (24 thousand EUR). 

In January-June 2013 EBITDA totaled 2 215 thousand LTL (641 thousand EUR) and
increased by 32.2 percent, as compared to respective period in 2012. In
January-June 2012 EBITDA totaled 1 675 thousand LTL (485 thousand EUR).
