Snaige AB - Notification on material event

The subscription of "Snaige" AB convertible bonds has ended

On 4 April 2008 the subscription of „Snaige“ AB  convertible bonds with
maturity of 367 days, annual interest rate of 14% has ended. During the
subscription period the whole issue of nominal value of LTL 20 000 000 (EUR 5
792 400) was successfully subscribed.
