CHANGE IN PUBLISHING DATE OF YEAR 2011 ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS



GeoSentric Oyj postpones the publishing date of the Annual Report, Financial
Statements and Financial Statements Release 2011 due to the pending
clarifications subject to its solvency and going concern uncertainties as
announced earlier on March 26, 2012. The Company has applied an exemption from
the Financial Supervision Authority for extending the release of the Annual
Report, Financial Statements and Financial Statements Release 2011 instead of
March 30, 2012 on April 30, 2012 at the latest. 



The Company will inform the markets after the Financial Supervision Authority
has handled the application
