IXONOS: NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR SHAREHOLDING UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECURITIES
MARKETS ACT 





Ixonos Plc has received a notification from Holdix Oy Ab in accordance with
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Market Act:

Holdix Oy Ab has notified that it through a transaction performed on February
10th has transferred its 19 421 844 shares to Tremoko Oy Ab whereby its share
and voting rights has declined to 0 per cent. Holdix Oy Ab owns 35 per cent and
Turret Oy Ab owns 65 per cent of the shares of Tremoko Oy Ab. Holdix Oy Ab and
Turret Oy Ab exercise control over Tremoko Oy Ab together. 

Ixonos has a total of 106 313 536 shares. Each share carries one vote.
