100% controlled by the Republic of Lithuania, 2010 4 June acquired from the
Republic of Lithuania company Lietuvos elektrinė (legal form - joint stock
company code 110870933, registered office address of the Elektrinės  Str. 21,
Elektrenai, Lithuania) 139 292 961 ordinary registered shares with a nominal
value of each share is equal to 1 (one) litas ( issued share code -
LT0000126351). These shares are acquired by increasing the UAB „Visagino
atominė elektrinė“ share capital.
