Change in Pihlajalinna Plc's Management Team

Joni Aaltonen, Pihlajalinna's Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, has been named
as SVP of Pihlajalinna Group's Primary and Social Care (P & S) segment. He will
start in his new role and join the Group's Management Team on 20 February 2017.

Aaltonen has worked in different roles in the Pihlajalinna Group since 2008. In
his roles Aaltonen has been responsible for the Group's strategic development,
M&A transactions and ensuring the profitable growth of business operations. He
will continue to be responsible for the Group's corporate planning.
