LIETUVOS ELEKTRINĖ , a public company organized and operating under the
Lithuanian law, business 110870933, registered office address Elektrinės st.
21, Elektrėnai (hereinafter referred to as the “Company“), data on the Company
being collected and stored in the Legal Persons Register, hereby informs that
on 1st August 2011 Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania issued the
permits, enabling performance of the activities in electric energy sector for
Lietuvos energija, AB (business ID 302648707, registered office address
Elektrinės st. 21, Elektrėnai). The abovementioned permits enable production of
electric power in Lituhianian Power Plant, Kruonis pumped storage power plant,
Kaunas hydro storage power plant, and permits enabling development of
production capacities at Lithuanian Power Plant and Kruonis pumped storage
power plant and performance of electric energy import and export activities.
The permits came into force from the day of their issue.
