energijos gamyba“, AB informs that financial results of group of companies in
2014 will be released on these dates: 

  -- February 28 - Consolidated interim financial statements for 12 months of
     2013;
  -- April 4 - Annual audited consolidated financial statements and consolidated
     report for the year 2013;
  -- May 30 - Consolidated interim financial statements for 3 months of 2014;
  -- August 29 - Consolidated interim financial statements and consolidated
     interim report for 6 months of 2014;
  -- November 28 - Consolidated interim financial statements for 9 months of
     2014.

Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is planned to be held on 4 April, 2014.
