Citycon's Head of Legal Affairs to change

Citycon Oyj's General Counsel and Head of Legal Affairs and member of Corporate
Management Committee Outi Raekivi is leaving her position in the company. The
process for selecting a successor to Ms Raekivi is underway. To guarantee
smooth hand-over to the future successor, Ms Raekivi will be available until
the end of the summer. 

Marcel Kokkeel, Chief Executive Officer of Citycon says: ”The company is most
grateful to Ms Raekivi for her more than eight years of dedication and loyal
service. We wish her all success in the future.”
