Share Repurchases Completed

The share repurchases announced by Comptel Corporation on 12 December 2009 have
been completed. Comptel has purchased through NASDAQ OMX Helsinki during 9
December 2009 - 30 April 2010 791,081 Comptel shares. Average price per share
was approximately 0.79 euros and total purchase price approximately 627,885
euros. 

Comptel holds 631,288 own shares after the purchases.
