PANOSTAJA STRENGTHENS ITS ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS AREA WITH PURCHASE  
OF PUZTEC OY                                                                    

Panostaja Oyj today signed a deal to acquire the entire share capital of Puztec 
Oy, a supplier of waste collection and transportation systems. According to the 
deal, 64 per cent of the share capital transfers to the ownership of Panostaja  
Oyj immediately and the rest no later than May 1st, 2009. With this acquisition 
Panostaja Oyj further expands its business area specialising in environmental   
technology.                                                                     

Puztec Oy has been established on January 1st, 2008 to continue the growing     
waste business started in 1995 by its parent company Puzair Oy, a company       
specialized in environmental and building maintenance technology. Puztec Oy     
designs, manufactures and markets tube conveyor and disposal shaft systems for  
waste handling and biowaste. In the financial year 2008, company's net sales    
amounted to some EUR 2 Million. Puztec Oy's head office is located in the       
Kivenlahti area of Espoo, Finland.
