Trading in Taaleri Plc’s shares begins today on main list of Helsinki Stock Exchange

 Trading in Taaleri Plc’s shares begins on the main list of the Helsinki Stock
Exchange today, 1 April 2016, at 10.00 a.m. The total number of shares subject
to trading is 28,350 620. Their trading code is “TAALA” and ISIN code
FI4000062195. 

“Three years on the Nasdaq Helsinki First North marketplace has created a good
platform for us to grow. Moving to join the medium-sized companies on the main
list is a natural continuation. Combining the share series earlier this year
and increasing transparency give the market excellent opportunities to assess
the company’s performance and the share’s valuation level,” says Taaleri Plc
CEO Juhani Elomaa. 

The lead manager of the listing was Taaleri Wealth Management Limited, and
company’s legal adviser was Attorneys at Law Borenius Ltd.
