Dvarcioniu Keramika AB - Notification on material event

REGARDING THE CORRECTION OF RESULT FOR 2009 YEAR

On 26-02-2010 AB „Dvarčionių keramika“ announced preliminary result for 2009    
year. Announced preliminary result for 2009 year - 3 800 thousand Litas (1 101  
thousand EUR) loss. AB „Dvarčionių keramika“ corrects 2009 year result and      
confirms, that the preliminary 2009 year result was 6 042 thousand Litas (1 750 
thousand EUR) loss.                                                             
The loss increased due reduced valuation of unused production line Nassetti.
