GEOSENTRIC INFORMS SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS BY VIRTUE OF CONVERTIBLE BOND LOANS

GEOSENTRIC INFORMS SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS BY VIRTUE OF CONVERTIBLE BOND LOANS      


A total amount of 71,980,517 shares of GeoSentric were subscribed for on May    
2008 by virtue of convertible bond loan 2004A. As a result of share subscription
company's share capital shall be increased by EUR 719,805.17. It is estimated   
that the new shares subscribed for will be registered in the trade register     
approximately by the end of June 2008 and applied for listing in OMX together   
with company's existing shares as soon as practically possible.                 
After the registration, the total number of registered shares is 895,096,165.
