Technopolis Adjusts Management Team Responsibilities

Technopolis Adjusts Management Team Responsibilities

As part of its annual strategy review process, the Board of Directors of
Technopolis Plc approved changes to the responsibilities of its Management Team
members. 

This adjustment supports the company's growth strategy, which seeks growth
through the expansion of existing campuses and acquisitions of properties based
on market conditions. 

As of the beginning of 2014, Sami Juutinen, currently Director of International
Operations, will assume responsibility for all mergers & acquisition and
divestiture-related activities throughout the Group as Chief Investment Officer
(CIO). At the same time, Juha Juntunen, currently Director of Finnish
Operations, Sales and Marketing, will assume responsibility as Chief Operating
Officer for all business units, in addition to his previous duties. 

Following these changes, the members of Technopolis' Management Team and their
areas of responsibility are as follows
