Invitation to SRV Group Plc’s Capital Markets Day on 3 December 2013

SRV Group Plc invites analysts and institutional investors to participate in
its Capital Markets Day on Tuesday, 3 December 2013 from 2 p.m. till 6 p.m. in
Espoo. The event will take place at SRV's headquarters in Derby Business Park.
The address is Tarvonsalmenkatu 15, 02601 Espoo. 

The agenda of the day covers current topics in SRV's operations and outlook for
the field, as well as SRV's large scale projects in Finland and shopping centre
business' opportunities in the Russian market. In addition, light will be shed
on the financing structure of SRV's projects. 

At the event, presentations will be held by CEO Jukka Hienonen, Executive Vice
President Timo Nieminen (project development in Finland), Executive Vice
President, CFO Hannu Linnoinen and Vice President Veli-Matti Kullas (project
development in Russia).
