Transfer of Boreo Plc’s own shares

Based on the decision of the General Meeting held on 17 April 2024, Boreo Plc has on 14 May 2024 transferred a total of 2,295 own shares possessed by the company to the members of the Board of Directors of Boreo as part of the Board’s remuneration.

After the transfer, the company possesses 11,716 own shares.

Boreo Plc’s General Meeting on 17 April 2024 decided that 40 % of the total amount of the board fees payable to the ordinary members of the Board by the next annual general meeting will be paid by company’s own shares and 60 % of the total amount of the fees payable will be paid in cash. The remuneration for the Chairman of the Board will be paid fully in cash.
