CHANGES IN GEOSENTRIC OYJ'S MANAGEMENT                                          

The following changes have taken place in the management of GeoSentric Oyj:     

Dan Harple has resigned from the Board of Directors, to focus full time on his  
professional activities with Shamrock Ventures, B.V. Harple's resignation and   
ending the management services agreement between the GeoSentric group and       
Shamrock Ventures B.V. is continuation of him resigning from the post of the    
group CEO earlier in September and transferring these duties to Winston         
Guillory. Harple will continue contributing to the company as one the company's 
material shareholders.                                                          

The company and the Board express thanks and gratitude for Harple's commitment, 
vision and leadership as Executive Chairman and CEO over the last 3 years.
