HFF ratings remains on CreditWatch negative by S&P

Standard & Poor´s (S&P) credit rating agency announced on January 29, 2010, that
it keeps the ratings of the Housing Financing Fund (HFF) on CreditWatch
negative in line with the Republic of Iceland.
