conference room of the hotel „Congress“, Vilniaus g. 2/15, Vilnius. 

The registration begins at 8.30 a.m.

2. Regarding information about restructuring of the Agrowill Group AB ;
3. Regarding approval of restructuring plan; 
4. Regarding creditor's committee and its composition; 
5. Regarding election of the creditor's committee; 
6. Regarding granting of authorities to creditor's committee; 
7. Regarding approval of restructuring administrator;
8. Regarding approval of administrator's budget; 
9. Miscellaneous (other questions).

At the terms set by the law the documents possessed by the Company related to
the agenda of the Meeting,  will be available for the creditors at the
headquarters of Agrowill Group AB, Smolensko st. 10, Vilnius, Lithuania .
