SOCIETE GENERALE TO ISSUE NINE NEW TURBOS

SOCIETE GENERALE TO ISSUE NINE NEW TURBOS. THE ISSUE INCLUDES TURBOS ON 
THE DAX INDEX, THE FORTUM PLC SHARE, THE NASDAQ-100 INDEX AND THE NOKIA 
PLC SHARE.

Societe Generale, one of the leading issuers of covered warrants 
worldwide, issues a total of nine new European Turbo warrants on the 
Helsinki Stock Exchange (HEX). The Turbos will be subject to public 
trading on the HEX Exchange List as of 17 October 2007.

The underlying assets of the Turbos will be the DAX Index, the Fortum Plc
Share, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Nokia Plc Share. The issue includes 
eight Long Turbos and one Short Turbo.

The Turbos will be issued under the Societe Generale warrant program. 
The Listing Particulars of the warrant program approved by the Finnish 
Financial Supervision Authority on 15 June 2007 and consisting of the Base 
Prospectus and the Final Terms relating to the Turbos to be issued are 
available as 15 October 2007 at the Societe Generale website at 
www.sglistedproducts.fi, at the office of the HEX (OMX way) at 
Fabianinkatu 14, Helsinki and at the office of the Paying agent at Nordea 
Bank Finland Plc at Aleksis Kiven katu 3-5, Helsinki.
