NOTICE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKET ACT

Nordea Bank AB (publ.)(business ID: 516406-0120) has informed Trainers' House   
Plc that its Finnish subsidiary Nordea Bank Finland Plc (1680235-8) has sold a  
total of 3.521.000 shares in Trainers' House Plc on 21 January 2008. Nordea Bank
Finland Plc's holding of Trainers' House Plc is now 6.505.036, thus Nordea Bank 
Finland's share of Trainers' House Plc's share capital and voting rights has    
decreased to under 1/10 representing 8,70 per cent.  
As announced earlier, Nordea Bank Finland Plc has entered into forward trading  
agreements of which 25.593 pcs (2.559.300 shares) mature in March 2008, 19.450  
pcs (1.945.000 shares) mature in June 2008 and 20.000 pcs (2.000.000 shares)    
mature in September 2008. Nordea Bank Finland Plc's holding of Trainers' House  
Plc's share capital and voting rights will decrease to under 1/20 once the      
forward trading agreements have matured in June 2008.                           

Nordea Bank Finland Plc has purchased the shares in Trainers' House Plc as a    
part of its market making activities.
