HELI IISAKKA APPOINTED CFO OF TERVEYSTALO HEALTHCARE OYJ

M.Sc. Heli Iisakka (41) has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a
member of the Group Management Team of Terveystalo Healthcare Oyj as of August
21, 2009. Heli Iisakka joins Terveystalo from Ramirent Plc, where she has
worked as CFO. Earlier she has worked e.g. as Business Controller at Nortport
Oy, a subsidiary of Finnair Plc and as Business Controller and Finance Manager
at Sonera Oyj.
