The amount of Elisa’s Eurobond tender is confirmed

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 15 March 2017 AT 11:30 AM

Tender offer for Elisa’s Eurobond announced on 7 March 2017 is confirmed.

Elisa will exchange the 2019 bonds issued in 2012 with nominal value EUR
120,002,000 to new bonds maturing in 2024. The transaction was priced as
106.145 per cent. Settlement date is expected to be 16 March 2017. 

The tender offer was made through Deutsche Bank AG and Nordea Bank Ab (Publ).
