Sale of Sponda’s stake in Certeum concluded

Sale of Sponda’s stake in Certeum concluded



Sponda Plc has today concluded the sale of all its shares in Certeum Ltd to
Space (Logistics) Pledgeco S.à.r.l., a company affiliated to Blackstone Real
Estate Partners Europe IV. The purchase price, after the equity repayment and
customary adjustments, was approximately EUR 181 million. Sponda will record a
profit of approximately EUR 6 million from the transaction. Sponda first issued
a stock exchange release on the sale on 14 October 2015.
