Landsbankinn hf.: Bill auction results

Today  Landsbankinn hf. concluded a closed  auction of an existing series, LBANK
170410 and a new series, LBANK 170510.

In  total, 32 bids  were received  in the  auction for  the total  amount of ISK
4,580m.

A  total of 15 bids for 2,060m were received in the series LBANK 170410 with bid
rates  at 5.65%-5.90%. Bids for 1,180m were accepted at a simple rate of 5.72%
equal to the price of 97.6570.

A  total of 17 bids for 2,520m were received in the series LBANK 170510 with bid
rates  at 5.65%-5.90%. Bids for 1,780m were accepted at a simple rate of 5.79%
equal to the price of 97.1713.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 10 November 2016.
