CRAMO PLC HAS SIGNED AN AGREEMENT CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF THE ASSETS OF A FINNISH COMPANY JYVÄSKYLÄN KONEVUOKRAAMO OY

Cramo Plc and Jyväskylän Konevuokraamo Oy have signed an agreement concerning   
the transfer of the assets of the company. The assets include the rental fleet  
and the customer agreements.                                                    

Jyväskylän Konevuokraamo began its activities in the year 1984. The company is  
domiciled in one depot in Jyväskylä, Finland. The company has five employees,   
who shall continue to work for Cramo Plc.                                       

This asset transfer will enhance Cramo Plc's market position in the growing     
markets of Jyväskylä and will strengthen its profitable growth.                 

The parties to the acquisition have decided not to publish the purchase price.
