Sponda purchases office property in Moscow for USD 47.5 million                 

Real estate investment company Sponda Plc has purchased an office property that 
is under construction for USD 47.5 million from Plazmexon Investments Ltd. The  
property is located in the centre of Moscow, close to excellent transport       
connections, at Prospekt Mira 6. The premises will have a total of 3,025 m² of  
leasable office space and parking space for 54 cars. Sponda is engaged in       
initial negotiations with various potential tenants. The building will be       
completed by the end of 2007.
