Talentum Oyj - Changes board/management/auditors

TALENTUM'S NEW CFO

Kaisa Kokkonen (44), M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed to new CFO at Talentum   
Oyj. She will start on June 1, 2007 at the latest. She will also be a member of 
the Management Group of Talentum.                                               

Previously Kaisa Kokkonen has worked e.g. as Manager at Capto Financial         
Consulting Oy, as CFO at VTI Technologies Oy, and in Hackman Group in several   
duties, lastly as Director of Finance.                                          

Kai Järvikare, Dr.Sc. (Econ.), CFO and member of the Management Group since 2003
resigns June 5, 2007 at the latest.
