CONCERNING CHANGES IN OWNERSHIP                                                 

As per the notice received yesterday by Proha Plc, Oy Etra Invest Ab (Company ID
0672234-6) has sold all of its Proha Plc shares on March 22, 2010. After the    
transaction, Oy Etra Invest Ab owns zero percent of Proha Plc shares.           

Before transaction Etra Invest Ab owned 13,000,000 Proha Plc shares equal to    
20.98% of share capital and votes in the company.                               

Total number of Proha Plc shares on March 23, 2010 is 61,961,751.
