exceeded 5 percent. Polaris Capital Management, LLC held 3,169,748 Konecranes
Plc's shares on November 6, 2015, which is 5.01 percent of Konecranes Plc's
shares. Polaris Capital Management, LLC held 2,277,440 voting rights in
Konecranes Plc on November 6, 2015, which is 3.60 percent of voting rights in
